Looking to build a career as a Recruitment Consultant within an award-winning agency? This is the role for you. This is a role where no two days are the same (in a good way). You will be balancing business development with consultative recruitment - building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and matching great candidates with the right opportunities. It's fast-paced and target-driven, but not cutthroat. The focus is on doing things properly, building long-term partnerships, supporting each other and celebrating success as a team.
What you'll get:
- Salary up to £32,000 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £40,000+
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 29 days over time, plus your birthday off
- Monthly commission, quarterly and annual bonuses, plus profit share scheme
- Pension, life assurance and healthcare scheme, plus attendance bonus
- Early finish every Friday with no weekends or late nights
- Incentives, competitions, regular team events, paid charity day and free parking
- Genuine long-term progression (the leadership team all started as trainees!)
What you'll be doing as Recruitment Consultant:
- Growing your desk through a mix of new business and client development
- Speaking with and meeting clients to really understand what they need (not just filling jobs)
- Sourcing and building relationships with high-quality candidates
- Keeping your pipeline active and moving
- Working closely with marketing to make the most of warm leads
- Managing a varied client base across the North West
- Hitting targets and being recognised when you do
What we're looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:
- You've worked in sales but you're looking for something more
- Experience in a recruitment role would be interesting but not essential - we can teach you that!
- Someone who enjoys the selling but really values building real relationships
- Confident, personable communication skills
- A proactive, pick up the phone and make it happen mindset
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle a busy workload
- A team player who's happy to share ideas (and wins)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
With over 45 years of success and Investors in People Gold status, they've built their reputation by looking after people. You'll be joining a team that works hard, supports each other, and knows how to enjoy the wins along the way.
