A global manufacturer of contamination control solutions used within critical and sterile environments is looking for a Territory Sales Specialist to join the team and drive growth across NHS pharmacy services and commercial industry partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, providing consultative solutions and working independently in a field-based role. Along with a salary of up to £52,000 per annum, you will also receive a bonus and a company car.

What you'll be doing as Territory Sales Specialist:

  • Covering Birmingham to Scotland, you will play a key role in developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and increasing market share.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with NHS and commercial facilities
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach for contamination control products and solutions
  • Work closely with distribution partners to provide outstanding customer support
  • Collaborate with technical, product management and marketing teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and market intelligence
  • Drive profitable growth across the territory through account development and new business activity
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events

What we're looking for in a Territory Sales Specialist:

  • Ideally degree qualified in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline although this is not essential
  • Previous sales experience would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of cleanrooms, contamination control, aseptic compounding or regulated environments would be beneficial
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the territory
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
