A multiple award-winning recruitment agency is looking for a Business Support Assistant to join the team in Stockport! So, if you want to join a team where your contribution will be highly valued and you’ll get the autonomy to work closely with management to ensure the business runs smoothly, this may be the role for you.  As Business Support Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative business support to ensure legal compliance and assisting sales staff in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude Adhering to ISO & Investors in People (IIP) standards and company procedures, effectively managing time to meet deadlines, even under pressure Managing the Company HR database, ensuring all contracts, letters, and documents comply with company policies, and work closely with the management team Handling payroll information and amendments, assisting the payroll function and maintaining up-to-date employee records Ensuring all necessary H&S/Fire Alarm checks are completed at other sites – collating the information Organising/attending regular CSR meetings and help to implement CSR strategies as required Coordinating any building repairs – contacting relevant suppliers required and coordinating schedules Scheduling contract renewal reminders for the operations team – being involved in re-negotiations of contracts Being the escalation point of contact for issues arising from any suppliers – i.e. IT/Telephone equipment We’re looking for a Business Support Assistant with:  Previous experience in a business or operations support role The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Very strong communication skills at all levels, with multiple stakeholders Strong attention to detail Passion to deliver on time Flexibility to the needs of the business/role You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30, with an 08:30 start every Monday and a 16:30 finish every Friday.  To apply for this role as Business Support Assistant, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.
