An employee-centric telecommunications business based just of the M5 in Bristol is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join the team!
They sell mobile technology, which includes 5G. They have 6000 connections potentially using 3G, 4G, 5G and any other form of data access. They are an MSP (managed service provider), and they manage this via Mobile Devise Management and strict controls.
Along with a basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including:
- Uncapped commission, OTE £90,000

What youll be doing as Business Development Manager:
You will cover a territory approximately within 40-50 miles of the Bristol office. You will have an office presence as and when required i.e. for sales meetings, training etc.
Were looking for a Business Development Manager with:
- A proven track record creating new opportunities and winning contract with c-suite executives
- Experienced in conducting business-like meetings
- B2B sales experience within the telecoms industry and ideally have an understanding of mobile/broadband/unified communications too
- Experience of and a proven track record in achieving/exceeding targets
- Strong networking skills with decision makers on social media; primarily LinkedIn
- The ability to ask open, discovery questions to gain relevant information in order to create opportunities
- Willingness to self-generate leads with some support from the internal Lead Generator
- IT literacy and experience using a CRM system
This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
