Your responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic objectives and translate vision into measurable operational outcomes

  • Drive operational excellence across multiple business functions while improving efficiency, quality and customer outcomes
  • Establish robust governance, risk management and performance frameworks supported by meaningful business intelligence

What we're looking for:

  • Essential background within the pharmaceutical industry, with clinical trials experience highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to lead business transformation, operational improvement and strategic change
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding with experience translating strategy into operational delivery
  • Experience leading digital transformation and implementing technology to improve business performance
  • Strong knowledge of governance, regulatory compliance and operational risk management within a regulated environment

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with hybrid working.
