We are partnering exclusively with a leading Manufacturing organisation that is looking to appoint a Head of HR to look after one of their key operational sites in Grimsby. As the Head of HR, you'll have a high-impact role leading a small team of HR professionals whilst driving the People strategy across the site, which employs over 250 people. Reporting directly to the HR Director, who is passionate, supportive and incredibly engaging, you’ll partner with the senior leadership team to drive a positive, inclusive and performance-led culture whilst delivering the best quality service to their customers.
They’re an organisation with a hugely culturally diverse workforce that fosters workplace collaboration and are passionate about inclusivity and innovation. We would love to speak to any HR Generalists who have operated as a Senior HR Manager, Senior HRBP or Head of HR level within Manufacturing or similar industry sectors.
To be considered for the role, you will ideally have:
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic thinker
- Be adept at building solid stakeholder relationships quickly
- A true business partner and excellent communicator
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, develop and inspire a large team of people
- Experience of working in a unionised environment
- High levels of integrity, resilience and tenacity to succeed
