Your responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across UK and international markets, delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
- Develop creative attraction strategies to engage high-calibre candidates across commercial, corporate and specialist functions
- Build and maintain pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
- Support the annual talent management cycle, including performance, development and succession planning activities
- Partner on employee engagement, culture and organisational development projects
- Use recruitment data and market insight to improve hiring processes, candidate experience and talent outcomes
What we're looking for in a Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Previous experience managing end-to-end in-house recruitment across multiple business functions
- Experience recruiting within creative, media, digital, marketing, consumer or similarly fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and advise managers at all levels
- Experience supporting wider people initiatives including talent management, engagement, learning or organisational development
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice and the ability to use data and insight to drive continuous improvement
