Your responsibilities as People Specialist:
- Manage and coordinate the people team inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate
- Support onboarding activities, including inductions, documentation and employee records management
- Maintain accurate information within internal HR systems and personnel files
- Assist with payroll administration, benefits processes and associated reporting requirements
- Process invoices and support departmental administration activities
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling employee information and documentation
What we're looking for in a People Specialist:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR qualification
- Previous experience within a HR or People function
- Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle knowledge
- Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
