About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Transformation Business Partner to support the delivery of a significant people integration and transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in organisational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers, organisational design, restructuring activity, and cultural integration projects. Working closely with the HR Transformation Lead, senior HR colleagues, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver people strategies that support organisational growth, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will bring strong HR expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to driving change within a fast-paced environment. This role can be based from any UK office location, with occasional national travel required but will be mainly home based with the HR team working from all over the UK in a very collaborative way.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of people integration activity, including TUPE transfers, organisational design, and cultural alignment initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to implement transformation plans aligned to business objectives and legal requirements.
- Assist with TUPE processes, including due diligence activities, employee consultation, and post-transfer integration support.
- Support the planning and delivery of employee consultation exercises and change programmes.
- Prepare high-quality people change communications, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Build strong relationships with operational and business stakeholders to support successful change implementation.
- Provide practical guidance on change management, employee engagement, and organisational change initiatives.
- Track and report on transformation activity, highlighting risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans to ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with HR teams to embed best practice approaches to change and transformation.
- Contribute to wider HR projects and provide hands-on support across the HR function where required.
- Champion a people-focused approach throughout all transformation activity.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Essential
- Strong understanding of UK employment law, including TUPE and redundancy processes.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or integration programmes.
- Knowledge of change management principles and people-related project delivery.
- Experience using HR systems and people data to support decision-making.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Collaborative and hands-on working style.
Desirable
- Background within Financial Services or other regulated environments.
