- Your responsibilities as Compliance Manager
- Manage key industry accreditations, the central Quality Management System and associated environmental, regulatory and health & safety documentation.
- Monitor legislative developments, including EPR, PPWR and Plastic Packaging Tax requirements, translating changes into effective business processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining the records, evidence and documentation needed to demonstrate required standards.
- Support ESG and CSR initiatives, carbon-neutrality objectives and relevant staff training requirements.
- Manage the company's insurance portfolio and act as the main point of contact for claims across areas including property, product, marine, fleet and liability cover.
- Work with senior leadership, Finance, HR, Sales and Procurement on policies, tenders, questionnaires and continuous improvement initiatives.
