We're growing again at Team Wheel, and we're looking for brilliant consultants to join us. This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Implementation Consultant. The role entails guiding clients through the implementation of payroll systems, ensuring alignment with business needs, and providing consulting expertise to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysing client requirements
- Configuring payroll software
- Managing project timelines

Qualities we'd like you to have:
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding and solving complex payroll and system-related challenges
- Expertise in Consulting and providing professional advice to clients in various industries
- Experience with Software Implementation and Project Implementation processes
- Exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and present solutions
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a remote working environment
- Experience in delivering Dayforce implementations is advantageous
- Great knowledge of UK and IRL legislation
