We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Duty Site Manager to support, build and drive a strong team dynamic in a prominent facility in London.

Role Details

  • Position: Duty Site Manager
  • Pay Rate: £15.97 per hour
  • Shift Pattern: Days, nights and weekends
  • Location: EC3M, London

Role Requirement

  • SIA License

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff, visitors and tenants
  • Always conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • Ensure all instructions, both written and verbal, are adhered to
  • Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers
  • Conduct foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client's property and assets
  • Investigate and take appropriate lawful action as authorized by corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents
  • Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage and signatures
  • Communicate effectively to all levels—verbally, written, phone and via security radios

Qualifications

  • Valid front‑line SIA licence
  • Proven work experience as a corporate security officer – minimum 1 year
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • High level of self‑presentation
  • Basic IT skills
  • Quick thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • A positive attitude toward dealing with people and taking on challenges
