Team Travel Management (TTM), part of the Tourvest Group, is looking for a senior, corporate-experienced sales professional to drive new business across global sports travel, event services, and amateur & school teams. This role is built for someone who knows the major events and sports teams travel ecosystem — sponsors, agencies, federations, teams — and has the network and credibility to win complex deals at senior level.
You will drive revenue across three core segments:
- Event Services (hospitality, logistics, accommodation, transport)
- Elite Professional Teams
- Primary focus: UK & Europe — with global opportunities.
You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract, with direct accountability for revenue growth and long-term profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Win new business from sponsors, agencies, rights holders, schools, and teams
- Lead high-value proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
- Build senior client relationships that convert into repeat business
- Work cross-functionally to deliver world-class programmes
- Represent TTM at major events and industry gatherings
- Maintain a strong pipeline and forecasting discipline
Who This Is For:
A senior corporate sales executive who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and results — not micromanagement. You likely come from:
- Business hospitality providers
- Rights holders or federations
Expertise:
- Proven track record of winning high-value B2B deals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confidence with senior decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-drive
- Ability to operate independently in a remote role
- Willingness to travel internationally
Why Join TTM?
- Global projects and major sporting events
- Backing of a major international group
- High autonomy and real influence
- Direct impact on growth and strategy
- Opportunity to shape a specialist business
The salary for this position is competitive and dependent on relevant experience.
