Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Solihull. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, making sales calls, and building and maintaining customer databases. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, providing information about our services, and following up on leads. The specialist will also assist in conducting surveys, booking events, and providing excellent customer service and support.
