The school is looking for two graduates with SEN experience to join the school ASAP as TA's working with children that have a wide range of learning difficulties. The Graduate TA role will see you working closely with experienced class teachers to support pupils' learning, helping to raise attainment and access learning. This will include academic tuition with a focus on literacy and numeracy, but there will also be an emphasis on learning life skills, with every pupil having an individualised education plan that you will help deliver.
