We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative in the Medway area. You will be required to perform a variety of tasks to maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas. Your primary duties include:

  • Mowing and edging lawns
  • Raking leaves
  • Pruning shrubs
  • Planting flowers
  • Removing weeds and debris

You will also maintain outdoor fixtures such as walkways, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and furniture. Seasonal duties may include snow removal, salting, and sanding walkways during winter months. Additionally, you may apply fertilizers and pesticides, and perform minor equipment repairs on tools like mowers and trimmers.

You will need a Full UK Driving licence and be fit to work in all weathers.
