Team Support are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our clients team in Crayford on a permanent basis.
The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for carrying out deliveries safely and efficiently while providing a professional service to customers. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across Monday to Sunday on a 5 out of 7 days basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle
- Complete deliveries in a safe and timely manner
- Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and delivery documentation is completed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Comply with all company policies, health and safety requirements and driving regulations
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
- Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations
- Reliable, professional and punctual attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
