We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves operating production equipment within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a team in a fresh environment. The role is fully paid and suitable for those eager to contribute to efficient production processes.
Shifts available are:
- Backshift - Monday to Thursday 2pm till Midnight
Duties:
- Assist in the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor production processes, identify issues, and report discrepancies promptly
- Support warehouse activities such as material handling and inventory management as needed
Experience:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Pay Rates:
- Β£12.21 per hour Mon to Fri standard hours
- Β£13.71 per hour for Mon to Fri Overtime
- Β£24.42 per hour for weekend overtime
