The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves operating production equipment within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a team in a fresh environment. The role is fully paid and suitable for those eager to contribute to efficient production processes.

Shifts available are; Backshift - Monday to Thursday 2pm till Midnight.

Duties

  • Assist in the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor production processes, identify issues, and report discrepancies promptly
  • Support warehouse activities such as material handling and inventory management as needed

Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay Rates

  • £12.21 per hour Mon to Fri standard hours
  • £13.71 per hour for Mon to Fri Overtime
  • £24.42 per hour for weekend overtime
