We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves operating production equipment within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a team in a fresh environment. The role is fully paid and suitable for those eager to contribute to efficient production processes.
Shifts available are; Backshift - Monday to Thursday 2pm till Midnight.
Duties
- Assist in the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor production processes, identify issues, and report discrepancies promptly
- Support warehouse activities such as material handling and inventory management as needed
Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Pay Rates
- £12.21 per hour Mon to Fri standard hours
- £13.71 per hour for Mon to Fri Overtime
- £24.42 per hour for weekend overtime
This position offers a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within a professional manufacturing setting. This job will become permanent after 12 weeks probation.
