We are looking for a Groundsman for an Arborists tree team based in Medway. You will be required to:
- Operate Machinery (Chippers, Chainsaws)
- Run Ropes
- Prepare Sites (Traffic Control, clearing)
- Clean up debris
- Maintain equipment
- Ensure safety by communicating with climbers and protecting the public
This role requires physical fitness, teamwork, and a keen interest in arboriculture. You will be crucial for efficient and safe tree removal and maintenance, often handling ropes and rigging from the ground to guide falling limbs.
You will need:
- Driving licence
- Woodchipper Ticket/Experience
- Fit to work in all weathers
Possible 24 hour call out service, paid at double time.
