Our client is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Catering Manager to oversee the catering operation within a welcoming school environment in Epping, CM16. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who takes pride in delivering fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals whilst leading a small and supportive kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for students and staff while maintaining the highest standards across the kitchen.

With a fantastic work-life balance, term-time schedule, and supportive environment, this role is ideal for an experienced Chef Manager, Catering Manager, or Senior Chef looking for a rewarding and stable position.

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Previous experience as a Catering Manager, Chef Manager, School Chef, or similar is required. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen compliance is essential. The ability to work efficiently within a busy kitchen environment and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service are also important. School catering experience is desirable but not essential.
