Our client is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Catering Manager to oversee the catering operation within a welcoming school environment in East London & Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who takes pride in delivering fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals whilst leading a small and supportive kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for students and staff while maintaining the highest standards across the kitchen.

- Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals for students and staff

- Managing stock ordering, deliveries, and minimising waste effectively

Requirements:

- School Chef experience desirable but not essential
