We are an established recruitment business looking for an experienced business development professional to help expand our business. This position is purely focused on opening conversations with businesses and booking qualified appointments with decision makers or hiring managers. There is no service delivery, account management or sourcing candidates in this role; you will be focused on introducing Team Support to new businesses.

The role includes:

  • Introducing our recruitment services to decision-makers
  • Proactively calling and contacting prospective clients
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Booking qualified appointments for our recruitment team
  • Updating our CRM and maintaining accurate records

You will be able to show:

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong rapport-building and confident communication skills
  • Familiar and comfortable with working to targets
  • Confident and professional when speaking to decision makers
  • Motivated, resilient and enthusiastic

Experience within the recruitment industry is a benefit though not essential; a strong B2B sales background is essential. We will train and support you with selling to our sector.
