We are recruiting for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team at our office in Wolverhampton City centre. Team Support Group supply both permanent and temporary staff into local companies within the industrial, engineering, warehousing, commercial and finance sectors.
Due to continued growth we are looking to add to our team. Candidates must have experience of working within a recruitment agency previously and be able to demonstrate a successful track record. The role will involve telesales, face to face sales, recruiting and onboarding new staff, interviewing, and account management.
Ideally your experience will be in the manufacturing, engineering, warehousing or commercial sectors. Due to the nature of our clients, we do require someone who can drive and has access to their own transport.
The role offers huge potential for future growth including management and further training. The salary is flexible dependent on experience. Benefits include regular salary reviews, bonus scheme, pension, car allowance, and continued training.
We do offer some flexibility in the working hours/days; however, our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm Fridays. Please submit your CV to apply.
