We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Palliative Care Workers to join our growing agency team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person centred care to individuals with life limiting illness, supporting them and their families with dignity, comfort and respect.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support to patients
- Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional condition
- Support families and carers with empathy and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with nurses, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures are followed
