Overview
Working for a busy Financial Advice service near Wolverhampton, you will work full time in office, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- As the Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for the completion of business tasks and processing for advisors.
- Ensuring both advisors and clients are prepared for meetings in advance and that all client queries and tasks are completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard.
- You will ensure client appointments are managed properly, and all necessary pre and post meeting actions are completed to the highest standard.
- You will prepare advisors for their meetings with the client and represent the company positively at all times.
- This is a key role in supporting financial advisors and paraplanners in delivering high-quality financial planning and investment advice to clients.
