The Role:

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team!

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth journey from the moment they interact with TeamSport. This fast‑paced and exciting position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities and a pro‑active approach.

What will I be doing?

  • Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, providing information on karting availability and assisting with bookings.
  • Respond to sales enquiries via email and live chat, delivering the same level of service as provided on calls. Proactively make outgoing calls to quickly resolve customer enquiries or issues (no cold calling involved).
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as payment reconciliation, call logging, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with our track teams to ensure smooth event operations and effective diary management.
  • Work within the designated shift patterns, including weekends, to ensure phone lines are covered during operating hours.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sales experience and the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.

Hours

Due to the nature of our business we are open all year round except Christmas day.

The shifts available are:

9:00 - 17:30

10:00 - 18:30

This would include one day on the weekend and a day off in the week.
