The Role
We are recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our track team as a Junior Mechanic.

- As a Junior Mechanic, you will be responsible for
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of go-karts, ensuring they are in top-notch condition for our customers.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any mechanical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and cleaning of the go-karts.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with track preparation and setup for race events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or enquiries related to go-kart performance.
What we need from you...
- Previous experience in mechanical maintenance; cars, bicycle's, motorbikes, quad bikes etc.
- Basic knowledge of engine mechanics and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for go-karting and a desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
