The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will lead daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and highest standards. You will enforce company procedures, maintain wage budgets, and deliver excellent service safely.

Hands‑on operator setting the tone for the entire site, on the ground during busy weekends and evenings, ensuring procedures are followed, budgets stay on track, and standards remain high. You will coach, develop and inspire the team, helping to make the site a stand‑out destination.

- Knowledge of Health and Safety, Food and Consumer legislation.
Your Duties
- Lead team to hit departmental KPIs, including wage ratio and financial targets.
- Foster collaboration across departments for stakeholder satisfaction and SLA adherence.
- Maintain smooth operation of all departments with top‑notch service and safety per SOP.
- Manage departmental budgets within limits, maximise profitability.
- Identify new revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Health and Safety and legislation to minimise risk.
- Support accident prevention and maintain consistency.
- Build culture of effective people management: recruitment, performance, training and talent management.
As a leisure and hospitality business, peak times are evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work during these hours is essential; you will likely have one in three weekends off.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check in accordance with our safeguarding policies.
