We are looking for a driven F&B Supervisor / Champion to take ownership of our food and beverage offer and lead from the front. This is more than a supervisory role. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your readiness for management, with a clear expectation that the successful candidate can grow into a future F&B Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day F&B operations across bar and kitchen
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer experience
  • Train, coach, and develop your team
  • Drive sales through confident upselling and product knowledge
  • Maintain excellent standards in food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution
  • Support stock control, HACCP compliance, and rota management
