About the Role

As the right‑hand person to the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations at our karting track, focusing on bar operations, KPI achievement, revenue growth, and people management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the GM in overseeing daily operations at the site, with a particular focus on bar operations.
  • Aid the team in achieving robust KPI results, including wage ratios and profitability.
  • Drive revenue and profitability, contributing to corporate sales development.
  • Assist the GM in effective people management, covering recruitment, talent development, training and performance management.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction and foster a positive, fun‑driven atmosphere for the team.
  • Ensure the track is a thriving destination, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations management, preferably in leisure or hospitality, with a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and be on call one in three weekends off.
