Your Duties:
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function
- Train new and existing crew members on all areas of F&B
- Always maintain brand and safety standards
- Administration such as stock control, HACCP and rotas
- Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
As a leisure and hospitality business, our peak times are during evenings and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to work during these hours is essential for this role. You are likely to have one in three weekends off. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check in accordance with our safeguarding policies.
