We’re looking for a bubbly, positive, customer-focused professional to join our fast-growing Member Experience Team at ‘Team RH’ HQ in Gateshead. This isn’t your standard customer service gig. You’ll be supporting the Payments and Retentions team by proactively handling often complex situations, recognising and dealing with any issues, helping to retain our members and problem solving.

37.5hrs - Mon - Sun, Fully Rotational and Flexible

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver fast, helpful member support including handling complex situations
  • Build genuine rapport with members and provide personalised advice
  • Promote products and services where appropriate
  • Proactively spot issues and suggest solutions
  • To be able to effectively problem solve in a timely manner
  • Daily use of multiple systems
  • Support ongoing member retention

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ customer sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Confidence using digital platforms (DMs, chat, voice notes)
  • A sharp, focused and confident mindset
  • The ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity
  • A passion for helping others improve their health and achieve personal goals
  • Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone with proven experience in payments/retentions and complaints
