Role Overview: As the Performance team evolves into a full Growth function, we’re looking for a Creator and UGC Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day operational work that keeps our growth engine running smoothly. This role sits at the centre of paid performance, community insight, and user‑generated content. You’ll protect the Performance team from reactive noise, while ensuring real user feedback and proof feed directly into paid social, messaging, and conversion activity. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, making judgement calls, and acting as the connective tissue between teams across Growth, Brand, MX, and Creative. This role would be a great fit for someone who has previously supported or assisted within a marketing, growth, or community team and is now ready to step into clearer ownership. As the business grows, this role will grow with it — with opportunities to explore new ideas, improve how we work, and take on more responsibility over time. We’re looking for someone proactive, motivated, and keen to develop alongside the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Comment Monitoring & Growth Support: Monitor paid ad comments across Meta and TikTok daily, respond to or escalate tech issues related by current members within ad comments, identify recurring FAQs, objections or confusion affecting conversion, flag messaging misalignment or opportunities for improvement back to the Performance team.
- MX Liaison (Growth‑Related Issues): Raise MX queries triggered by paid social activities, work with MX/Brand Managers to ensure responses and macros are aligned across paid and organic, chase unresolved issues that continue to surface within paid comment.
- Feed Learnings Back Into The Wider Team, To Enhance: Ad copy, creative direction, landing pages, growth messaging.
- Marketing Inbox Management: Monitor the Marketing inbox for marketing complaints and disputes, opportunities with content creators, PR or charity requests, personal message requests for the CEO, tech feature requests, route requests efficiently to relevant sub‑functions within Brand, MX or Product, ensure growth‑critical issues are prioritised and nothing is missed.
- UGC & Transformations: Proactively source UGC from social comments, member groups, tagged and mentioned content, act as the face of the Marketing team when communicating with members and creators, manage ongoing communication with content creators, including briefing content requirements, working with the Performance Marketers to create scripts, coordinating timelines and deliverables, organise creator incentives.
- Track And File: Consent forms and permissions, usage rights, user‑generated content and source context.
- Work Closely With The Internal Creative Team To: Storyboard and timestamp UGC, structure content for paid ads, lifecycle and landing pages, review edited content prior to publication to ensure performance suitability, platform compliance, clear messaging.
Required:
- Previous experience working within a marketing, growth, community, social or content role (agency or in‑house).
- Confident communicating directly with members, creators and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and spot what needs action vs what can wait.
- Able to work independently, take ownership and know when to elevate issues appropriately.
- Previous experience in any of the following: comment monitoring, community management, inbox or request triage, UGC sourcing or creator communication.
- Familiarity with social platforms, such as Meta or TikTok from a brand or business perspective.
- An interest in how messaging, proof and feedback influence marketing performance and conversion.

- Free On‑site gym
- Free parking
- Casual dress
- Pet friendly office (pooches often roaming)
