Warehouse Operative

Organisation: Team RH

Location: Office based — Team Valley, Gateshead

Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Contract: Full Time / Part Time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

The Warehouse Operative is a core member of the operations team at Team RH, supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse across goods in, goods out, picking, packing, stock control and general organisation. The role sits at the heart of how Team RH products reach customers, members and wholesale partners.

You will receive and book in deliveries, pick and pack wholesale, retail B2B, D2C and export orders, and help keep stock accurate and the warehouse safe and well organised. Accuracy, speed and consistency matter here: every order you prepare is a direct reflection of the Team RH brand, and you’ll take pride in getting it right first time.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across operations and the wider business, flagging issues early and pulling together during busy periods and peak demand. As Team RH grows, you’ll have the chance to build your skills, take on new equipment and systems training, and help shape how the warehouse runs.

Our Values

We Treat People Right

Everyone gets the same level of respect. Your role doesn’t change how you speak to people, or how you’re spoken to.

We Set High Standards

We are a high-performing team (Team RH) pursuing excellence for our members, and we measure ourselves against the best in the world, not just the industry.

We Don’t Have Egos

Ego stays at the door. Curiosity comes in. The best idea wins, whoever it came from — and admitting you were wrong is part of the job, not a mark against you.

We Trust Our Gut

If something feels wrong, it usually is. Raise it on instinct, then back it with data.

We Answer to the Member

Is this right for the member? That’s the question behind every decision, and it outranks every other interest in the room.
