About Team RH

Team RH is a fast-growing fitness business built around a simple idea: treat people right, set high standards, and always put the member first. You'll be part of a team that helps thousands of members transform their lives — with education, humour and zero BS. We're scaling quickly, which means the way we support and grow our people matters more than ever — and that's where you come in.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Lead to run our powder blending site day to day. You'll own output, cost and compliance on every batch, and you'll be on the production floor alongside the team, helping get a new site up and running.

What You’ll Do

  • Run batching, blending, filling and packaging to plan, spec and deadline.
  • Sequence batches, plan changeovers and manage line capacity.
  • Keep production equipment and plant systems running, including calibration.
  • Manage combustible dust control, workplace safety and PPE compliance on the floor.
  • Keep HACCP records for every batch and help build the documentation and procedures.
  • Verify and record cleandown between batches and allergen changeovers.
  • Carry out in-process checks and weight verification on every batch.
  • Maintain allergen segregation, labelling and changeover protocols.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience running production or blending operations in food, supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP and allergen management.
  • Confidence owning batch documentation and flagging deviations rather than letting them pass.
  • A practical, floor-based leadership style, and willingness to be very hands-on while the site starts up.
  • A basic understanding of planning, scheduling and stock flow.
  • The ability to take the lead on the day-to-day upkeep of a Quality Management System (QMS).

Why Join Us

This is a role for someone who wants ownership of a production floor rather than a purely administrative job. You'll work closely with the Quality & Compliance Lead, Warehouse & Distribution and Supply Chain, in a team that sets high standards, treats people right and always answers to the member.

  • Free on-site gym and shower facilities
  • Company pension
  • Enhanced holidays
  • Modern open plan and pet friendly office (pooches often roaming)
  • Free parking

Company Overview

At Team RH, we’ve made it our mission to educate people that pills, shakes and fad diets DON’T WORK and the key to long-term success is to fully understand nutrition. We work very hard at teaching this to our members in the most easy-to-understand way, without all of the big words that confuse beginners. To date, we have over 70,000 members using our app, because we genuinely put our customers first. We deliberately keep our prices as low as possible, so everyone can afford to change their lives. We refuse to release anything unless we know it’s 100% the best quality, and we don’t sell a plan that lets you lose a few pounds short-term, to then put it all back on again. We pride ourselves on being the last ‘diet’ you’ll ever try.
