Who should apply?
We’ll be honest – If you’re looking for a boring office job where you can hide behind your computer screen, then we’re not the place for you! We care about outcomes, not egos. We take pride in our work. And we move fast (like, really fast). Everyone who works for Team RH is an exceptional person — creative, hard-working, and talented. We have incredibly high standards and we’re after people who take ownership, who care deeply about user experience, and who’ll challenge anything that doesn’t make sense. If that sounds like your kind of team, read on.
Role Purpose
As a Product Owner, you will be the critical link between the vision and the execution — turning brilliant ideas into top-tier digital products. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and senior leaders to bring features to life, improve user experience, and help us scale what we do best: helping people change their lives. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product to conceptualise new product ideas and improvements, own the product backlog, drive sprint delivery, and act as the voice of the user in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Backlog Management – Own and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring tasks are prioritised by business and user value, and always ready for development.
- Requirements Definition – Translate business goals, stakeholder feedback, and user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Customer Insight & Feedback – Use app analytics, research, and customer feedback to guide product direction and continuous improvement.
- Agile Delivery – Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. Help the team stay focused and aligned on priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Facilitate excellent communication between the Product team and others throughout the business, working closely with our Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing and Member Experience teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Sprint Decision Support – Support developers and testers with rapid, informed decisions during sprints to keep progress unblocked and outcomes on track.
- End-to-End Ownership – Take features from concept to release, tracking performance and feeding insights into future improvements.
- Iteration & Refinement – Continuously refine the backlog based on changing priorities, market shifts, and team feedback.
- User Empathy in Action – Actively use the product yourself to develop a deep understanding of the customer journey. Approach problems with empathy, advocate for the user, and ensure real-world context informs every decision.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.

- Good understanding of digital development and app/web technologies.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma or similar.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and delivery speed matters

Company Overview
At Team RH, we’ve made it our mission to educate people that pills, shakes and fad diets DON’T WORK and the key to long-term success is to fully understand nutrition. We work very hard at teaching this to our members in the most easy-to-understand way, without all of the big words that confuse beginners. To date, we have over 70,000 members using our app, because we genuinely put our customers first. We deliberately keep our prices as low as possible, so everyone can afford to change their lives. We refuse to release anything unless we know it’s 100% the best quality, and we don’t sell a plan that lets you lose a few pounds short-term, to then put it all back on again. We pride ourselves on being the last ‘diet’ you’ll ever try.
