We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our Marketing team and work alongside our existing Content Producer. Together, you’ll cover the full spectrum of video content across the business – from high-impact brand projects to fast-turn, performance-led creative. This role will support on paid advertising, social channels, and incoming requests from across the business. This role plays a crucial part in keeping our video output high-quality, reactive, and optimised for performance.
This role is about speed, quality, and consistency. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our ads, social, and internal video needs are always supported. It’s a mid/senior-level role with a clear focus area, real ownership, and a big impact on performance. This role is based full-time in-house at our Team Valley offices.
What you’ll be doing
- Ad creative & performance video
- Editing and animating video creative for paid social (e.g. Meta, TikTok, short-form platforms)
- Editing UGC-style content for ads and performance campaigns
- Working closely with Performance Marketing to produce, iterate, and refresh creative
- Creating multiple variations of video ads to support testing and optimisation
- Short-form & social content
- Identifying clips from long form content and repurposing them into quality short-form videos – optimised for different social platforms
- Ensuring content is tailored to each platform’s best practices
- Proactively identifying and sourcing user-generated content by monitoring tagged, mentioned, and shared content across social platforms
- Spotting high-potential UGC that can be repurposed for ads or organic social
- Identifying relevant videos, trends, and moments we can react to for organic social content
- Working closely with social and marketing teams to turn these opportunities into fast, platform-native video edits
- Internal requests
- Supporting incoming video requests from teams across the business
- Managing multiple briefs with quick turnaround times
- Maintaining consistency in tone, pacing, and visual quality
- Collaboration & ways of working
- Working closely with the Content Producer to split projects and responsibilities
- Collaborating with marketing, social, and performance teams to bring ideas to life
- Taking feedback on board and iterating quickly
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Video Editor in a fast-paced marketing, content or agency environment
- Strong experience identifying and editing short-form, performance-led video content
- Confident editing UGC, talking-head, and social-first content
- Strong understanding of what performs well on social and paid platforms
- Excellent editing, pacing, and storytelling skills
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple requests
- Experience working to briefs and brand guidelines
- Motion graphic or light animation skills

- Experience working closely with paid social or growth teams
- Experience repurposing long-form content at scale
