We’re looking for an E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team and support our E-Commerce Specialist in driving performance across our website. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s curious, commercially minded, and loves the detail – whether that’s building landing pages, running A/B tests, or digging into data to understand what’s working and what’s not. You’ll sit within the Growth team, reporting into our Growth Manager, with day‑to‑day direction and mentorship from our E-Commerce Specialist. It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to develop their e‑commerce expertise in a collaborative environment with real variety in the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Website & Landing Page Management
- Support the build and optimisation of landing pages, working within Shopify to deliver against briefs accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with day‑to‑day website management tasks, including creating products, collections, pages, and blogs, and configuring third‑party apps.
- Support product page optimisation, including copy, imagery and layout recommendations.
- Set up, monitor and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct website audits and UX reviews to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Keep up to date with e‑commerce tools, platforms and CRO techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Pull together performance reports using GA4, Shopify, ClickMagick and Google Search Console, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
- Carry out e‑commerce research across competitors, trends, platform features, and best practises to inform strategy.
- Work closely with the Creative, Social and Growth squads to ensure website activity is aligned with wider campaign strategy.
- Contribute to a culture of testing and continuous improvement across the e‑commerce function.
What we’re looking for
- Required
- Solid experience working with Shopify, including backend admin tasks such as creating products, collections, pages, blogs and configuring third‑party apps.
- Ability to build Shopify themes and sections from a design spec.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, and mobile‑first design principles.
- Experience creating reports in GA4 and Shopify, with working knowledge of Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and conversion rate optimisation principles.
- Competent using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop.
- A collaborative team player who’s happy to get stuck in and support across a range of tasks.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience designing and running email marketing campaigns.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager.
- Comfortable using modern development tools such as VS Code or Cursor – and an ability to effectively leverage AI tools (such as Claude) to streamline and accelerate your workflow is something we genuinely value.

Company Overview
At Team RH, we’ve made it our mission to educate people that pills, shakes and fad diets DON’T WORK and the key to long‑term success is to fully understand nutrition. We work very hard at teaching this to our members in the most easy‑to‑understand way, without all of the big words that confuse beginners. To date, we have over 70,000 members using our app, because we genuinely put our customers first. We deliberately keep our prices as low as possible, so everyone can afford to change their lives. We refuse to release anything unless we know it’s 100% the best quality, and we don’t sell a plan that lets you lose a few pounds short‑term, to then put it all back on again. We pride ourselves on being the last ‘diet’ you’ll ever try.
