We have a great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading 5 star UK house builder on a lovely development in the Peterborough area.

A bit about the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team. The role typically reports into the Field Sales Manager/Head of Sales/Sales Director.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of a beautiful development, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives.

You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment you hand over the keys.

There is also a trainee position available for candidates with transferable skills looking to get into the New Home Sales industry.

  • Competitive base salary plus commission. A realistic OTE of £55,000+
  • Shift Pattern: Thursday – Monday 10am - 5pm

What You’ll Do

  • Be based on a new build development site and welcome/engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on the homes and lifestyle offerings
  • Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of the development
  • Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
  • Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers
