Job description We are searching for a Bookkeeper/Accountant with a positive attitude to work, who thrives in a fast paced environment, knowledge of CIS and the VAT Reverse Charge are preferable. As a Bookkeeper/Accountant you would be responsible for a variety of activities that can include: Daily usage of financial processes, enhancing and updating where needed Management of sales ledger Maintaining accounts, verifying, and posting transactions Balancing accounts on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis Recording client assets and handling investments Managing client invoices & payments Liaising with clients, suppliers, and banking contacts Working closely with accountants to prepare/file VAT returns Preparing schedules, statements, and reports as requested Managing & filing relevant documentation Solid organisation skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and fast paced to hit deadlines Advantageous: Bookkeeping or accounting qualifications Experience in practice Knowledge of accounting and practice software …
