Due to expansion, our client, a reputable, well-established company based in Redhill, Surrey would like to hire a bright and enthusiastic Trainee Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) who is confident using a computer and picking up new systems. In addition to good attention to detail you should be adaptable with plenty of common sense. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

No previous office experience is needed just a professional attitude, a reasonable education and a genuine desire to help customers. Full training and guidance will be given.

This position could suit school or college leavers, recent graduates or career changers from retail, education or hospitality.

Your duties will include -
  • Supporting the administration of policies
  • Updating client information and handling data entry with accuracy
  • Liaising with clients, 3rd parties, and internal teams professionally by email and phone
  • General admin and support duties across the customer service team

This is an office-based position, 5 days a week
Working hours â 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
