The Role:
As a Technical Repair Coordinator,you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the repair process ofclaims. Your main duties will include:
- Instructing repairers on new andexisting claims.
- Allocating vehicles to appropriaterepairers or finding alternatives if needed.
- Authorising estimates within setlimits and escalating those exceeding limits to Engineers.
- Processing estimates,supplementary estimates, and invoices.
- Liaising with Engineers,Repairers, and Insurers for updates.
- Providing updates to Trusts,Scheme members, and Drivers on repair progress.
- Reviewing end-of-lease charges.
- Supporting assigned handlers withrepair actions.
- Updating claim status and records.
- Handling incoming calls to thedepartment.
