Our client is looking for a hands-on Caretaker with a variety of building and caretaker skills to work within various businesses they own in the Surrey/Kent area. The role is currently for about 16 hours a week (could be more) and there can be flexibility with regard to when these hours are worked during the week. You should have an interest and experience with DIY projects with practical skills such as electrics and decorating. A positive, can-do attitude with problem solving skills is essential as well as a willingness to help out wherever needed.
