We are looking for a motivated, strategic thinking FMCG professional with a business related degree who will thrive in a demanding, high growth, fast paced environment, to join a rapidly growing SME as a National Account Manager. Ideally from a food and or retail background, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Director and will be given the chance to work autonomously and creatively. A very attractive and competitive remuneration package is on offer plus there will be plenty of scope for personal development and career progression.
As to be expected in a sales role, you should be resilient with a determination to succeed. Strong negotiating skills and a proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools will also be expected. As well as managing major retail accounts and ensuring strong relationships with clients across sales, supply chain, technical and product development teams, you will be identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding product lines and revenue streams with the ability to deliver exceptional customer presentations.
Office based 4 days a week with the opportunity to work remotely on Friday. Annual salary £80,000 to £100,000 plus generous bonus package.
