A newly created role, this could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to take initiative, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys putting systems and structure in place. If you enjoy project oversight and helping senior leaders prioritise key tasks—this role could be for you.

As Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating ongoing projects, identifying priorities, and ensuring visibility of outstanding tasks. You’ll work closely with directors and engineering teams, helping them maximise their use of project management tools and streamline delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and prioritise structured and ad hoc technical project tasks which could be interdependent
  • Conduct weekly update calls with small technical and engineering team
  • Utilise PM tools to manage dependencies, risks, and deadlines
  • Maintain and update client contact lists
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and management

  • Technically curious (no engineering background needed but must be able to pick up and understand technical concepts)
  • Assertive and savvy—you’ll know when you’re being misled
  • Extremely computer literate, especially in Excel (advanced skills essential)
  • Experienced in managing multiple tasks under pressure
  • A great communicator who can liaise with technical teams, directors, and clients
Ideally you should be experienced in the use of:
  • Monday.com or Microsoft Project (desirable)
  • Harvest or similar time-tracking tools (advantageous)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Hybrid role: Mostly remote but you must be able to easily get into central London about once a week to meet with the directors. Occasional UK-wide travel to client sites. Rare possibility of international travel.

Laptop and remote work equipment provided
£50 a month work-from-home allowance
Flexibility and autonomy in your role
