At Team Motivate, we are a small but growing team, who support young people with learning disabilities and autism, including neurodivergent individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives. We’re looking for a Registered Manager to inspire our team, uphold CQC standards, and drive a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality supported living services.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and compliance with CQC regulations.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
- Promote independence, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in Health & Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Desirable: Registered Nurse/Social Worker, mentor qualification, or PBS experience.
