Team McIntyre is entering a period of strategic transformation following a recent industry reshuffle. As we refine our direction and strengthen operations, we’re focused on building a team that values clarity, professionalism, and resilience.

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support on a part-time basis, with hours expected to increase over time as the role and company needs evolve. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision. From formal letter writing and business proposal drafting to handling sensitive correspondence, your work will directly support Team McIntyre's leadership through a critical growth phase.

The position begins at 4 hours per day every Tuesday and Thursday, with flexibility for additional hours as the job develops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft formal letters, emails, and high-level business correspondence
  • Create, format, and edit professional proposals, reports, and briefing documents
  • Manage sensitive communications and documentation related to business disputes
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain executive calendars, and handle travel arrangements
  • Organise and maintain confidential filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Serve as a point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support and anticipate team needs proactively.
Essentials
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or senior administrator
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and document formatting skills
  • Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Capable of working independently within a part-time framework
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
