The Marketing Partnerships team cultivates strategic, mutually beneficial relationships across UC3’s network of sponsor and licensing partners. We prioritise partners’ business goals and needs, delivering industry-leading support across partnership management, digital rights implementation, and UEFA Men\'s Club Competition (UMCC) brand stewardship, alongside supporting UC3 in marketing sales for the 2024-27 cycle.


The programme


The role

As Marketing Partnerships Executive on a fixed-term contract through June 2027, you will be integral to the delivery of sponsor partnerships across UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions. You will report to the Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager.
Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions sponsor partnerships, ensuring best in class delivery of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Working alongside UC3’s commercial partners’ activation agencies, ensuring contractual rights and obligations are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Managing a wide range of competition-related approvals for UC3’s commercial partners, ranging from onsite activations to the approval of digital campaign materials.
  • Ensuring effective communication of operational requirements to UC3’s commercial partners, providing comprehensive briefings on relevant topics and supporting overall operations.
  • Coordinating digital campaigns and working with UC3’s commercial partners on a social media campaign from the idea and media plan to the implementation.
  • Playing a key role at the UEFA Men’s Club Competition Finals each season, including the coordination of fan festival activations, guest experience programmes and overall activity coordination and management.
  • Preparing and providing input for a wide range of regular reports for UC3.
  • Fulfilling important administrative tasks, crucial to the successful delivery of contractual rights.

The candidate

You have experience or can demonstrate a keen interest in sports marketing and sponsorship. Knowledge of digital marketing and how commercial partners can best leverage it, would be an advantage. It is important that you can efficiently manage projects and your time and are capable of balancing multiple tasks, prioritising them accordingly.Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners. A client-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality delivery are key. Your proactive attitude, team spirit, and enthusiasm for bringing fresh ideas will help you add value to the marketing programme for UEFA’s Men’s Club Competitions.
