TEAM LEWIS is hiring for a mid-weight Creative Team (Copywriter + Art Director) to develop strong, insight-led creative across integrated campaigns. You will work as a duo and as part of a wider studio, collaborating closely with strategy, client teams, digital, social and production to bring work to life across multiple formats and channels.
Key responsibilities
- Creative & concepting
- Develop compelling campaign concepts and creative platforms from briefs, insights and strategy.
- Create ideas that flex across channels (social, digital, web, film, print, experiential).
- Present creative thinking clearly and confidently internally (and to clients where appropriate).
- Copywriting (Mid-weight Copywriter)
- Write engaging, on‑brand copy across social, paid ads, landing pages, web copy, scripts, headlines, OOH/print, email and campaign messaging.
- Adapt tone of voice across audiences (B2B and B2C) while maintaining consistency and clarity.
- Support development of messaging frameworks, taglines, product/value propositions and content plans.
- Proofread and ensure copy is accurate, compliant and aligned to brand guidelines.
- Design (Mid-weight Art Director)
- Design campaign assets across digital and print (social toolkits, display ads, presentations, brand assets, infographics, event collateral, etc.).
- Maintain high craft and attention to detail across typography, layout, composition and brand consistency.
- Create and evolve templates/toolkits for scalable, multi‑market campaign delivery.
- Prepare artwork for production and ensure files are delivered correctly.
- Collaboration & delivery
- Work closely with client teams, project management and production to manage priorities and hit deadlines.
- Collaborate with motion/video/web specialists where needed; hand over assets cleanly and clearly.
- Participate in creative reviews, respond to feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
- Stay curious about culture, platforms and emerging formats; bring fresh ideas to the studio.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as mid‑weight creative (copywriter / art director) within an agency or in‑house team, with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to generate campaign ideas as well as execute high‑quality day‑to‑day creative.
- Strong understanding of creative for digital‑first channels (especially social).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Confident communicator who collaborates well across disciplines.
Copywriter: additional essentials
- Strong concepting and headline‑writing ability.
- Ability to write for different audiences, including B2B/tech and/or consumer (depending on team needs).
Art Director: additional essentials
- Strong visual craft and layout skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Comfortable designing for social, web and campaign toolkits.
Desirable
- Experience working on integrated campaigns (PR + social + paid + digital).
- Motion/animation awareness (After Effects) and/or basic video editing skills.
- Experience working with tech, B2B, professional services or corporate brands.
- Understanding of accessibility best practice in digital design and content.
